For orders outside Mumbai, delivery times vary from 7-10 days depending on the courier company and your specific location. We work with multiple courier partners to ensure timely delivery across India.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We have a strict no return policy unless goods are damaged. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot risk hygiene issues by accepting returns of used or opened products.
