Shipping is charged at a flat rate of Rs.140/- pan india. We do not ship abroad.

At Herbalicious.in we handle each and every product with utmost care. To make sure that the products bought by our customers reach their destinations in the best state, they are treated with good quality packaging. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. Since your beautiful and delicate hair & skincare products deserve a safe and sound journey we rely on only reputed courier agencies such as Mahavir, DTDC, First Flight, and FedEx for the purpose.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within one or two working days after the order has been confirmed. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days in Mumbai, and 15-22 days for outside mumbai orders. Delivery of all the products will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. If a parcel is required to be delivered in less than the specified time of delivery, you can always mail us at info@herbalicious.in and we will try our best to make the delivery as swift as possible.

 

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9819922287 or email us at info@hebralicious.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
